Heffner & Associates, Ltd., is a small business established in the quiet village of Russia, Ohio in 1981 by Jon Heffner. Heffner & Associates has over 25 years in business management consulting services and is a branch office for Emerson Wagner real estate, land development and construction. The Gathering Place also located in the Heffner & Associate offices is a social meeting place for the mature area residents.
Why the Horse logo?
Jon Heffner is an avid horseman. As a small boy, Jon was enthralled with horses and the stories he often heard of his father's adventures in the U.S. Cavalry. Jon and his wife Ellen own several horses and love to trail ride with them whenever they get the chance. A couple of reasons why horses are an intrical part of his business logo and life.
This is the beginning of a collection of impressions and thoughts generated while on various trips – usually on horseback in remote areas. Funny how some solitude while surrounded by nature and the works of God can give a person a little more insight than the same time spent in the hustle and bustle workday world.
