Introduction
Final plans for the Ivy Communities of Versailles will be completed by September 1, 2010. Construction may begin immediately afterwards. This brochure introduces the concept and benefits of this project. More detailed information including price and contractual information will be provided as the planning phase draws to conclusion. Our intense planning process is performed to insure both quality and affordability.

The Versailles project offers a Wellness Center staffed by Senior Independence and the Versailles Care Center. This Center is surrounded by 24 attached independent living/assisted homes designed especially for the mature adult. Beautiful landscaping green space and shared park area highlight ICV. Larger individual bungalows are available for those wishing additional independence and who need less health related assistance. Traditional homes are available to complement the total community.

The Wellness Center at Versailles will also provide assistance to at least (2) satellite communities in nearby Russia and Bradford.

Senior Independence and the Versailles Care Center
Senior Independence is an affordable comprehensive program that helps seniors living in their home. The goals are to provide support and assistance to those caring for them. Versailles Care Center offers both in-house nursing and rehabilitation services along with outpatient therapy.

• Square footage of Ivy Cottages: 600 – 700 sq. ft.
  Price Range: $135,000 - $150,000
• Bungalows: 1,150 – 1,300 sq. ft.
  Price Range: $160,000 - $180,000
• Traditional Homes: $190,000 - $275,000
• Buyback: Living there 3 years or less 80% of purchase, after 3 years
  a 5% reduction per year but no lower than 70%. No worry about resale.
• Outside maintenance fee: Lawn care and snow removal provided.
