The Ivy Cottage project began from our work utilizing Lifetime Enhancement Concepts which were integrated into the construction of our condominiums in the Trinity development in Russia. However, when Heffner & Associates loaned out their Main Street office to Ellen Heffner to start The Gathering Place, the Ivy Cottage concept started to take shape. Almost a year later, Heffner & Associates are planning on breaking ground for the first Ivy Cottage.

What is Ivy Cottage?

It is an affordable, innovatively designed,  independent and assisted living development for senior citizens. It will include 10 to 12 separate living units with a common room available for use by all residents as well as on-site health and wellness services and activities.

Where is Ivy Cottage?

Several communities in our region are currently offering incentives and property for the construction of Ivy Cottage Communities. Plans are to break ground on the initial development in the spring with other communities being added to the building schedule as time, resources, and weather permits.
